What we collect
Your mobile number, your name if you give it, the addresses you save, and the bookings you place. That is what it takes to send a person to your home and bill you correctly.
Location
If you pin an address on a map in our app, we store those coordinates against that address so a professional can navigate to the right door. Location is only read while you are choosing an address — never in the background — and pinning is optional.
What we share
The professional assigned to your booking sees your name, address and phone number, because they cannot do the job otherwise. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
One-time codes
Sign-in codes are stored hashed, expire within minutes, and can be used once. We rate limit requests per phone number so nobody can run up your messages.
Keeping and deleting
Bookings are kept as financial records. Deleting a saved address removes it from your account but does not alter the address recorded against a past booking — that is a record of where work was actually done. Email us to close an account.
