What we do
4S Door Pro connects you with vetted professionals who carry out home services. We take the booking, set the price, assign the professional and stand behind the work.
Pricing
The price shown on a service is what that service costs. A flat visit and safety fee of ₹79 is added once per booking. Your total is calculated on our servers when you confirm, and that figure is the one we charge — nothing a browser or app sends can change it.
Payment
Cash, UPI and card are accepted. Nothing is taken at the moment you book. Cash bookings are settled directly with the professional on completion.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge at any point before a professional is dispatched. Once someone is on the way we may charge the visit fee to cover their travel.
Our guarantee
If work does not hold up within 30 days of completion, tell us and we will send someone back to redo it at no cost to you.
Your account
Accounts are identified by your mobile number and secured with a one-time code. Keep access to that number: anyone who can receive its codes can reach your bookings and addresses.
Reviews
You may review a job once it is complete. We publish reviews as written and remove only those that are abusive or identify someone personally.
